Your face needs a good rub

Giving your face a massage every day is a great way to stave off wrinkles - and better than going to a spa "just out to once in a while". That was the expert advice at the recent launch of Shiseido's new Revital WrinkleLift Retino Science Lotion AA.
The cosmetics firm also suggests five easy steps to maintaining a youthful complexion on your own. First, dab your favourite facial massage cream on your forehead, both cheeks, nose and chin and spread it around evenly. Now you're ready to go ...
Ease away those forehead wrinkles Starting from the middle of your forehead, use your middle and ring fingers to massage in small, circular motions, moving to both temples six times. Apply firm pressure on the upward movement, easing up coming down. On the last rub, apply firm, prolonged pressure on the temples.
Zap the fine lines around your eyes and mouth With the same two fingers, gently massage under the eyes, starting close to the nose. Repeat three times. Massage under the nose in the direction shown in the illustration. Then move down to the chin, just under the lower lip, and massage upward motion three times.
Lifting the corners of your lips Still using the same fingers, massage in an upward, circular motion from the chin to the lower cheeks. Apply a slight but firm lifting pressure. Repeat three times.
Lifting the cheeks Move your fingers to the upper cheeks, and starting from the corners of the mouth, massage in a wide, circular, upward motion. When you reach the area under your eyes, pause for moment, then slowly move downward. Repeat three times.
Relieving stress around the eyes Gently press the inner corners of the eyes for a few seconds, slowly release, and then brush your fingers lightly over the lids, around the sockets and back to the starting points again. Repeat three times. On the last stroke, let your fingers move across the eyelids to the temples and apply slight pressure for a few seconds.
