In Brief :Ethanol plant on tap

Patkol Plc recently signed an agreement to construct a "turnkey" or full-service ethanol plant for TPK Ethanol, worth Bt3.5 billion, in Nakhon Rachasima province.
Managing director Piya Chongvatana said that the construction would take 15 months and be completed by the end of 2007. The ethanol plant will have highest production capacity in Thailand. Patkol is expects Bt600 million in revenue this year from ethanol projects for TPK Ethanol and Rajburi Ethanol, and Bt2.9 billion next year.
Qantas wins award For the second consecutive year, Qantas has been recognised as having the best overall in-flight entertainment by the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA). The airline also picked up two other honours at the recent WAEA "Avion Awards", winning Best In-flight Entertainment Guide and Best Entertainment for In-seat Systems.
