In Brief :Charn Issara Development to go ahead with three new condominium projects
Despite the coup last week, Charn Issara Development Plc will launch its three new condominium projects worth Bt3.7 billion in the final quarter of the year.
Managing director Songkran Issara said last week that Thailand's military coup would not affect its business as it had made the country's formerly uncertain political situation clearer. As a result the company will continue with the launch of its three condominium projects: on Lat Phrao Road worth Bt2 billion, Kraw Nam Thai (Bt500 million) and in Cha Am (Bt1.2 billion).
