CDRM seeks charter help The Council for Democratic Reform under Constitutional Monarchy (CDRM) asked Former deputy prime minister Wissanu Krea-ngam yesterday to help draft a new constitution, a source said.
Borwornsak Uwanno, former Cabinet secretary-general, also met with the council. Both were leading legal specialists with the Thaksin government who quit within a short time of each other. Former Senate speaker Meechai Ruchuphan advised the CDRM to ask these two to help. Meechai is tipped to become the head of a committee to draft the interim Constitution.
