Saudis to build Phang Nga reso

Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), of which Saudi Arabia's HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal is chairman, has signed an agreement to acquire land to develop a US$115-million (Bt4.34 billion) complex in Phang Nga, including a first-class resort and residences.
The proposed Raffles Phang Nga Resort and Residences is due to start operations in 2009 and will include 150 rooms and 25 luxury residential villas located on 240,000 square metres of prime freehold land. This is the company's second acquisition in Thailand. - The Nation.
