BNT ENTERTAINMENT reported that its shareholders had unanimously approved writing down the company's registered capital from Bt2.28 billion to Bt230 million by reducing issued and subscribed ordinary shares at a ratio of one existing share to 0.1 share.

The shareholders resolved for the company to issue to existing shareholders 230 million new shares at par value of Bt1, at a ratio of 1:1 and for a subscription price of Bt1.10 apiece, raising its registered capital from Bt230 million to Bt460 million. A name change for the company was also approved, to Live Incorporation Plc.

SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK took over SNL Holding's entire stake in Siam Niti Law Office Co Ltd for Bt8.16 million, making it a support company in the bank's group.

THORSEN THAI AGENCIES announced the rescheduling of an extraordinary shareholders' meeting for October 19 in the Arnoma Hotel. An earlier meeting failed, due to lack of a quorum.

TYCOON WORLDWIDE GROUP announced it planned to invest in Vietnam through wholly owned subsidiary Tycoon Steel International, for manufacturing steel billets in that country.
