Late News :Radison Hotel Group launches Bt2.5-billion condominium

Radison Hotel Group plans to start construction on its first condominium project, the Bt2.5-billion Green Nine Rama IX, this weekend.
The Green Nine is located on an 18-rai plot of land and comprises eight eight-storey low-rise buildings and an office building. Units range between 25-75 square metres and prices from Bt1 million to Bt3.6 million. The company will offer a huge promotion with values up to Bt100,000 including discounts and free furniture worth Bt120,000. The company aims to sell Phase I this year and Phase II will be ready to market early next year, said deputy chief executive Wattana Pradornchai. He added that TMB Bank is the official financial institution supporting the project. Central International Watch Fair 2006 started on August 29 and runs until September 25, at Central Chidlom, Lat Phrao, Bang Na and Pinklao.
