Shin Corp deal fully complied with Thai law, says Temasek

Singapore investment company Temasek Holdings have maintained that it had not violated Thai law in its purchase of Shin Corp in January this year.

The Election Commission (EC) may look into caretaker Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's interview broadcast on Channel 5 on Wednesday, if there are any complaints that it is against the electoral law, a newly-selected EC member said.
