Boonsak Ponsana led the Thai players to the exit door in the Hong Kong Open Badminton yesterday.
In the men's singles quarter-finals, Boonsak lost to China's Jin Chen, the third seed, 21-11 21-10. In the mixed doubles, Sudket Prapakamol and Salaree Thungthongkham, the top Thai pair, lost to the No-2 seed Nova Widianto and Lilyana Natsir of Indonesia 17-21 21-14 21-19.
