I was hit

Wasuporn Bunmee, 41, was injured and received stitches following a beat-up by supporters of caretaker Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. She recounts her story:

"My relatives and I came to Central World Plaza to see what was happening. "There were a lot of people who were Thaksin supporters and a lot who were anti-Thaksin.

"I heard voices from the crowd and saw a man behind me being hit. I went to help him but someone punched me and I hit the ground.

"Although I didn't shout anything, I'm afraid of influential people who may harm me if I file charges."

However, Wasuporn later filed a complaint against those who allegedly injured her. She said she could identify her attackers.
