Minor quake hits Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai - A minor earthquake measuring 3.0 on the Ritcher Scale hit northern province of Chiang Mai on Thursday morning, but there have been no reports of any damage or casualties.

The quake hit Hang Dong District at 7.28am, according to the Meteorological Department.

The epicentre of the northern quake has yet been indicated and there have also been no reports of any damage or casualties from the tremor.
