Senator to be charged
Police yesterday summoned outgoing Ratchaburi Senator Napintorn Srisunpang to acknowledge criminal charges against him over the May murder of former MP Kobkul Nopamornbodee.
Napintorn will be charged with masterminding the killing of the Thai Rak Thai MP at the Crime Suppression Division in Bangkok at 10am next Friday. Central Investigation Bureau chief Pol Lt-General Montree Jamroon signed the warrant yesterday after meeting team members and deciding the evidence was sufficient to press charges against Napintorn.
