Pack Delta halt

Acting on a request from plastic-container maker Pack Delta Plc, the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday ordered a halt on trading in its securities.
It said the company was scheduled to disclose important information to the SET, which would materially affect its share price and affect investors' decision on trading in the company's shares. The market expects the company to hold a press conference on Monday. Its stock closed at Bt6.75 yesterday, up from Bt6.30. Trade has been halted until the company discloses the material information to the SET.
THAI test flights Thai Airways International is taking reservations for its test flights to Suvarnabhumi International Airport on July 29, and tickets are only available at THAI sales offices in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. Passengers may make reservations from today through the 24-hour reservation service at (02) 356 1111 and (02) 628 2000. Part of the proceeds from ticket sales will be presented to His Majesty the King. Tanayong Plc Tanayong Plc's auditor has issued a disclaimer of opinion on the company's financial statement for the quarter ended March 31. The Stock Exchange of Thailand said the filing, which represent the company's financial status and operating results for the quarter, may not adequately and/or properly reflect the actual position of the company. The SET is asking that the company's shareholders and investors carefully scrutinise the auditor's report on its financial statements. The trading suspension on Tanayong shares is still in effect because the company has yet to prepare a rehabilitation plan.
