A season for sausages, seafood and sauces

Cheesy Bites: Sausages stuffed with cheddar cheese and garlic butter are the mouth-watering ingredients of Pizza Hut's latest family feast - the Cheesy Sausage Bites Pizza.

"We found that most pizza lovers avoid eating the crust. They are often stick to the topping because the crust is large and not so easy to eat. So we've created a new pizza experience, which is outstanding in taste and style and adds more colour to pizza-eating sessions," says Nongnuch Buranasettakul, marketing director of Pizza Hut. "Cheesy Sausage Bites targets families with small children who fancy pizza and appeal to teenagers who crave excitement".

Cheesy Sausage Bites Pizza is available at the promotional price of Bt340 through June 30.

Seafood sensations

Chef Marco Amarone of the Amari Watergate Hotel's Grappino Italian restaurant serves up the best of Australian seafood prepared Italian style.

Specialities include Vialone rice with fresh sea urchin and squid ink sauce, deep-fried squid and octopus Napoletana style served with fresh lemon and tartar sauce and grilled fresh lobster served with basil and tomato salsa, vegetable spaghetti with black pepper and lemon lobster bisque sauce.

The promotion runs through June 30.

Tangy tastes

Ghanyapad Tantipipatpong of Thai Pineapple Canning Co Ltd introduces premium grade products under the brand Worldfoods to please those who love easy cooking.

There are 51 kinds of sauces, including massaman curry, green curry, red curry, Indonesian fried rice nasi goreng paste, Singaporean nonya laksa paste, Malaysian rendang curry, Vietnamese salad dressing to name but a few.

Every sauce is naturally made and has no MSG or preservatives.

All ingredients are free from allergen, peas, seafood and meat.

After opening, the bottles should be kept in the fridge and don't last for more than a week.

"We admit that natural products spoil more rapidly, but what we get in return is the freshness," says Ghanyapad.

The sauces are now available at Tops Marketplace, the Emporium, Siam Paragon, Villa market and Foodland.
