IN BRIEF
ITV

No change in station's programming until court rules on fees and content

iTV Plc has vowed not to reshuffle its programming until the Supreme Administrative Court rules on the ongoing dispute over the concession fee and the channel's programming content.

Niwathamrong Boonsongpaisan, executive chairman of iTV, said that so far no programme had been dropped and no advertisement agencies had proposed any changes.

He also denied news reports that iTV would lay off staff to cut costs, saying that the company was in a position to pay the unpaid concession fee of Bt2 billion if ordered by the court.

He also expected that iTV's second-quarter results would be better than the first quarter's.
