Move against Democrats Thai Rak Thai legal adviser Kuthep Saikrajang yesterday submitted additional evidence to back charges that the Democrat Party had tried to overthrow democratic rule. Kuthep said he had sufficient evidence to convict individuals and force the dissolution of the opposition party. "The Democrats have colluded with the People's Alliance for Democracy to wrongfully invoke Article 7 of the Constitution to replace the prime minister and obstruct the April 2 vote," he said.
