POWER LINE ENGINEERING increased its holding in Today Asset (Thailand) Co Ltd by purchasing shares valued at Bt12.5 million from Thawatchai Patcharat. Its stake has risen from 20 per cent to 25 per cent as a result.
SEC AUTO SALES AND SERVICES and subsidiaries recorded a Bt64.46-million consolidated net profit for the first quarter, up 257.4 per cent from Bt18.04 million in the same period last year.
SIAM2YOU announced the resignation of Niklas Stalberg as chief executive, effective May 23. Stalberg will remain a director and work as a consultant for six months, tasked with expansion into Vietnam and other markets. Mikeal Suparat Sribhadung, chairman, will replace Stalberg.
PRINSIRI granted an additional Bt153-million loan to its subsidiary Prinventure Co Ltd, after earlier extending Bt102 million. Prinsiri is charging interest at the minimum lending rate plus 2 per cent per annum.
