New appointment

The vacant seat on the Constitution Court will soon be filled by a judge from the Supreme Administrative Court.

Udomsak Nitimontri will be the 15th judge on the Constitution Court. He has tendered his resignation to Supreme Administrative Court president Ackaratorn Chularat, who approved the request effective May 12, a source said.

The Supreme Administrative Court must recommend the Senate seek a royal command to appoint Udomsak to the court.
