GFA Corporation (Thailand) Ltd is offering premium ice cream at the Cream and Fudge Factory. More than 20 flavours and 40 types of toppings, including nuts, fruits, candies and fudge are available.

The Sidewalk at the Tawana Ramada Hotel is featuring a range of cakes and mousses created by the hotel's pastry quality control specialist Navibha "Plum" Patimapragorn.

Guaranteed by a Patisserie Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu, London, Plum's exciting creations include chocolate mousse framboise, a sinful marriage of tangy raspberry and bitter dark chocolate mousse in a thin vanilla biscuit layered with raspberry jam and raspberry sauce.
