AEON THANA SINSAP (THAILAND) announced net profit of Bt980.53 million for fiscal 2005 (to February 20). It will pay a dividend of Bt0.72 per share on June 22.
AYUDHYA INVESTMENT AND TRUST announced a first-quarter net profit of Bt4.27 million, down from Bt25.99 million in the same period last year.
DHIPAYA INSURANCE said it would pay a dividend of Bt1.20 per share for last year's operations. The Bt360-million payment will be made on April 28.
KAEWSONG (2548) (BC) said it would delist its securities from the Stock Exchange of Thailand after an offer, to stand for 45 business days until April 25, by Land and Houses Retail Bank for all BC shares at Bt2.91 per share. After the delisting, BC plans to liquidate the company, with or without reducing both its registered and paid-up capital.
KHON KAEN SUGAR INDUSTRY said it planned to set up a Bt2-billion joint venture in Cambodia, investing at least 50 per cent of the registered capital itself, in order to apply for a refinery licence and plantation concession of 125,000 rai in Kok Kong.
MBK said it had approved an increase in the registered capital of its direct subsidiary, The Olympic Club Co Ltd, from Bt200 million to Bt700 million by an issue of five million new preference shares at a par value of Bt100 per share.
