The Tesco Lotus Futsal Super Match 2006 is a nation-wide futsal competition with prize money of Bt1.068 million at stake. The aim is to encourage more people to exercise. Anyone can get a team together of five people and apply at any Tesco Lotus hypermarket or Value Store nation-wide from now until April 30.

There are two concurrent competitions - one for the general public with no age limit and one for under-18s.

The competition will be held over two rounds - a regional championship at eight Tesco Lotus stores around the country - Chiang Mai Hangdong and Lampang (north), Had Yai and Nakhon Si Thammrat (south), Khon Kaen and Ubon Ratchathani (north-east) and Lad Prao and Srinakharin (central).

The eight winning teams from each venue earn Bt15,000 and a place in the National Championship, where they can win up to Bt100,000.
