Company reports

Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding said its April 21 board of directors' meeting would consider the appointment of Narong Sitasuwan to replace Boonchoo Direksathapon, who is retiring as managing director.

Siam Commercial Bank reported it made a tender offer for Siam Panich Leasing Plc (SPL) securities, effective from March 13 to April 10.

The bank successfully acquired another 5.05 per cent of SPL through the tender offer, in addition to its existing 37.11 per cent.

Traffic Corner Holdings announced that its subsidiary, Traffic Corner Publishing, would increase its shares in Maya Channel Co Ltd. Soontorn Nontho, who holds 3,500 shares in Maya, or 35 per cent of registered capital of Bt10 million, offered to sell his shares and waive his right to increase capital shares in Traffic Corner Publishing. That would leave the subsidiary with 18,000 shares, or 90 per cent of registered capital of Bt20 million.
