Leading politicians and academics from Thailand and the Philippines will take part in a seminar at Chulalongkorn University's Mass Communications Faculty tomorrow to discuss the similarities and differences between past examples of "People Power" in neighbouring countries and the ongoing uprising against Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
