GLOW ENERGY announced that it could not comment on the merger of its parent company, Suez, with Gaz de France in February.
The company said that it had not received any indication of a change in the strategy of Suez with regard to its stake in the company.
NAVANAKORN's board voted to pay a dividend of Bt0.8 per share for its 2005 operations.
SINO-THAI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION, under the name of SL Joint Venture, signed a Bt2.87-billion contract with the Royal Irrigation Department for the construction of a drainage system for Suvarnabhumi Airport Area Phase 3. The work covers a 1.82-kilometre-long drainage canal, pump station, elevated flume and associated buildings. Sino-Thai holds a 70-per-cent stake in SL Joint Venture.
THAI PRESIDENT FOODS' board declared a dividend of Bt8.18 for its 2005 operations, payable on May 19.
