Bangkokians still unsure on whether or not to vote in April general election Fewer than half of Bangkok people said they would definitely vote on April 2, while others said they were bored with politics and the elections would be unfair, an Abac poll said yesterday.

About 48 per cent of 1,552 respondents surveyed on Saturday said they would vote, 37 per cent said they were uncertain and 15 per cent would stay away, the poll reported.

Almost 40 per cent said they wanted to see the vote postponed but 30.2 per cent disagreed.

About 47 per cent said they disagreed with the opposition's boycott of the election but 21.7 per cent said they agreed.

However, 44.7 per cent said they were confident the election would be fair with 42.3 per cent saying the opposite. - The Nation.
