IN BRIEF
Boonchu out for a repeat

Boonchu Chandecha plans to go all-out to defend his crown in the Thailand Temple Run, which will be held in the picturesque Amphawa district of Samut Songkhram tomorrow.

This year, the international marathon event has attracted more than 2,500 runners including 600 foreigners from 40 countries. The race is split into a full 42.195km marathon, a 21km half-marathon, a 10km mini-marathon, the family walk and run and the kids' run.

All participants will experience the unique course with over 100 temples scattered through the Thai countryside, surrounded by traditional villages, rice paddies and lush vegetation. The event itinerary will include an excursion to the original Floating Market tourist attraction.
