BIG C SUPERCENTRE's board of directors approved a dividend for its 2005 operations, payable on May 27.

CH KARNCHANG reported that the Laotian government granted its subsidiary, Southeast Asia Energy (SEAN), 32-year contract, divided into five years to build the dam, two years for testing of a 615 MW hydroelectric power plant and 25 years for cross-border electricity supply to Egat Plc.

YARNAPUND's board of director approved a dividend of Bt0.15 per share for its 2005 operations, payable on March 31. The board also approved a Bt2.6 billion investment in a third Chachoengsao plant.
