BANGKOK BANK will pay a final dividend of Bt1.25 per share for 2005 on May 11.

SERM SUK's board of directors has approved a dividend of Bt1 per share for 2005, payable on May 15.

SINO-THAI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION will pay a dividend of Bt0.23 per share for 2005. The board also approved an earlier resolution to increase the maximum amount of bills of exchange the company can issue to Bt20 billion from Bt1 billion.

THITIKORN's board of directors approved the payment of a Bt0.40-per-share dividend for 2005. The board also approved the issuance of Bt1.5 billion in debentures with a maturity of up to 10 years.
