Therasak Suksantikamol, head of a student group at Thaksin University in Songkhla, said his group would set up a stage at Larndokkaew, the area beside Simila beach in Songkhla, for people to watch a live broadcast of the events at Sanam Luang. "We think about 2,000 people will join us on the rally day," he said. The group will also have donation boxes in the crowd to help pay for renting the monitors and equipment for the broadcast. Northeast The Teachers Network announced it would join the People's Alliance for Democracy at its Bangkok rally on Sunday. Sanit Polsri, the network's leader, said the group had informed its members, asking them to join the rally, but he didn't know how many teachers would respond.
