BUSINESS ONLINE reported a net profit of Bt16.16 million for 2005, well up on its Bt12.44-million net profit in 2004.
CHIANG MAI MEDICAL SERVICES reported an audited net profit of Bt22.99 million for 2005, compared with Bt21.59 million in 2004. MBK said MBK Entertainment Co Ltd (MBK-E) had established a new company named MBK Food Island Co Ltd (MBK-FI), with paid-up capital of Bt1 million. MBK-E is an indirect subsidiary, 100-per cent owned by MBK Business Co Ltd, which is a direct subsidiary, 99.99-per-cent owned by MBK. MINOR INTERNATIONAL set an exercise price of Bt6 per unit for warrants to purchase common shares to be offered to its existing shareholders. A maximum number of 318.36 million units will be issued at a ratio of one warrant unit for every 10 existing shares. The first exercise date is April 28, 2006 and the last is March 29, 2008.
PRECIOUS SHIPPING reported an audited net profit of Bt6.18 billion for 2005, well up on its 2004 figure of Bt4.75 billion. RAJADAMRI HOTEL reported an audited net profit of Bt191.68 million for 2005, compared with Bt168.57 million in 2004. ROYAL CERAMIC INDUSTRY announced plans to invest an additional Bt40 million in its subsidiary, Royal Asia Brick and Tile Co Ltd, boosting the subsidiary’s total paid-up capital to Bt80 million. ROYAL ORCHID HOTEL (THAILAND) announced a dividend of Bt2.53 per share to shareholders whose names appear on the share register as of April 5, 2006. The dividend is payable on May 11. The company also appointed Somchainuk Engtrakul and Flt Lieutenant Pisal Chayakula directors of the company to replace Kanok Abhiradee and Tasnai Sudasna, who have resigned. SAMMAKORN announced a dividend of Bt0.10 per share for its 2005 operations, payable on May 4. TEAM PRECIOUS reported an audited net profit of Bt171.48 million for 2005, compared to Bt62.43 million in 2004. It announced a dividend of Bt0.30 per share, payable on April 21.
