Tax deductions for sports giving
The Cabinet yesterday approved a draft executive decree allowing individuals and corporations to deduct sport-supporting contributions from taxable income, in an effort to promote a four-year plan to strengthen Thai sport.
Individuals and corporations could deduct 1.5 times the actual contribution, but the deduction must not exceed 20 per cent of total taxable income.
