Aquarius Estate recently launched Casavela, an exclusive serviced condominium project worth Bt400 million at Laem Sett on Koh Samui, targeting high-end locals and foreigners.
Situated amid lush greenery, the condominium provides five-star services and “rent out service” yielding a high return on investment. The project aims to close sales six months before completion in July 2007, and currently it has notched up 40 per cent of sales volume.
This is the perfect opportunity for Thai investors to make a profit in the real estate business, said company CEO Yongyutt Chaipromprasith. He added that the company saw the growing potential of the real estate business in Thailand, especially on Koh Samui since both local and foreign tourists have switched their holiday destinations here from Andaman Sea resorts in Phuket, Phang Nga and Krabi. The scenic island enjoys a convenient location with direct flights from Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong. These factors have prompted increasing investment in the island, he said. Casavela was designed by the local team Leo Design Co Ltd, inspired by elements from the rich cultural heritage of Thailand. For luxurious accommodation in the architectural design of “Asian Tropical”, prices start from Bt10 million per unit.
