- Siam City Bank has reported a net profit of Bt6.26 billion for 2005, down from Bt6.37 billion the previous year.

- Medium-sized TMB Bank has sold its 10-per-cent stake in Bangkok Pattaya Hospital Ltd to Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Plc for Bt100.4 million.

- TMB Asset Management plans to launch three treasury funds: a three-month fund will be launched every month for three months. A six-month fund will be launched monthly for six months, and a one-year fund every month for a year.

- The Stock Exchange of Thailand has found seven brokerage firms and 30 individuals involved in speculation on International Engineering’s stock trading from January 2-13. The SET will conclude its investigation on Friday and will deliver the results to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The SET is confident that the initial evidence is enough to charge the persons involved.
