ITALIAN-THAI DEVELOPMENT (ITD) signed a Bt42-billion contract with the National Housing Authority to proceed with construction, in conjunction with Bhaka Bhumi Development Co Ltd, of the Baan Ua-Athorn housing project, also known as Turnkey III. The 100,000-unit project will consist of five-storey buildings, duplexes, two-storey houses and townhouses, together with related work on roads, pilings and power and water supplies. ITD’s portion is worth Bt35.33 billion.
